My 3 week update
This past week sleep is better. I had to juggle my workout a little due to scheduling for work. I got in my exercise in the afternoon at lunch. I used to walk in the early AM with my neighbor over the summer at 6am, but she started back teaching. It’s too early at 5:15am for me. So i rearranged my schedule and walk on my own. Still a work in progress, but am liking having a set routine. This week continuing to stay on track. Trying to stay positive.

@Valarie Glass Thank you. I’ve actually started at least getting to my bedroom by 10:30 & asleep usually by 11 or 11:30. I found out my magnesium was low this last blood test. So I’m taking that at dinner so it should help more. I work from home. I have a love hate relationship with that. But, I love the flexibility it gives me though.
⚔️ LIFE CODE: PROVE IT
⚔️ LIFE CODE: PROVE IT We’ve talked about keeping promises to ourselves. We’ve talked about doing the thing we’ve been avoiding. We’ve talked about raising our standards and stopping the things we know we shouldn’t be tolerating. Now comes the part that actually matters: Prove it. It’s easy to say: “I’m going to get healthier.” “I’m going to be more present with my family.” “I’m going to take my business seriously.” “I’m setting better boundaries.” “I’m going to stop wasting so much time.” “I’m going to change.” But Life Code isn’t about what we intend to do. It’s about creating evidence of the person we’re becoming. So this week, I want you to ask yourself: If someone could only watch my ACTIONS this week—not hear my words—what would they believe matters to me? That question can get uncomfortable. Because sometimes we say family is important… while giving our phone more attention than the people sitting next to us. We say our health matters… while continually putting it last. We say we want something different… while repeating the same behaviors. No judgment. I’ve got areas where I need to look in the mirror too. That’s why we’re doing this together. 🎯 THIS WEEK’S MISSION Pick ONE standard you want your actions to prove this week. Then comment below: MY STANDARD: ________ HOW I’M GOING TO PROVE IT: ________ Make it measurable. Not: ❌ “I’m going to take my health more seriously.” Instead: ✅ “I’m training four times this week.” Not: ❌ “I’m going to be a better dad/mom/partner.” Instead: ✅ “I’m putting my phone away for dinner every night this week.” Not: ❌ “I’m going to work harder on my business.” Instead: ✅ “I’m spending 45 uninterrupted minutes every morning on the thing that actually grows my business.” Then at the end of the week, we’re coming back to one question: DID MY ACTIONS MATCH MY WORDS? No excuses. No beating ourselves up if we fall short either. We tell the truth, learn from it, and decide what happens next. Because confidence is evidence. And every time your actions match your words, you create another piece of evidence that you’re becoming someone you can trust.

MY STANDARD: I’m taking action over procrastination PROOF: I’ll prove it by making a daily list and checking off at least one thing I’ve been procrastinating on that I’ve now completed.

@Andrew Facchiano this is great!!
Week 3 Update
I took time to evaluate my list of friends/connections (been keeping a list for years) and determine which of them have truly valued my time and which of them have been wasting it. I’ve stopped contact—not blocked—with the latter group, at least 25% of the people on my list. If they reach out to me in the future, good. If not, so be it.

I think there comes a point where you realize your time and energy are valuable too. Sometimes stepping back tells you a lot. You’re worth it!!
Week 3✅.
Week three of continuing balance and flexibility in the books. Now comes the hard next few weeks. Having to definitely improvise my workout times. Normally I workout in the evening but due to ballgames I will have to do some early 6am workouts..which I am NOT a fan of… especially since my sleep has been off. Have a friend doing them with me for accountability 😄.. so I don’t slack off.

Way to stay committed and find a way to make it work! Having that accountability partner will definitely help with those early AM workouts! 💪😊
