⚔️ LIFE CODE: PROVE IT
⚔️ LIFE CODE: PROVE IT We’ve talked about keeping promises to ourselves. We’ve talked about doing the thing we’ve been avoiding. We’ve talked about raising our standards and stopping the things we know we shouldn’t be tolerating. Now comes the part that actually matters: Prove it. It’s easy to say: “I’m going to get healthier.” “I’m going to be more present with my family.” “I’m going to take my business seriously.” “I’m setting better boundaries.” “I’m going to stop wasting so much time.” “I’m going to change.” But Life Code isn’t about what we intend to do. It’s about creating evidence of the person we’re becoming. So this week, I want you to ask yourself: If someone could only watch my ACTIONS this week—not hear my words—what would they believe matters to me? That question can get uncomfortable. Because sometimes we say family is important… while giving our phone more attention than the people sitting next to us. We say our health matters… while continually putting it last. We say we want something different… while repeating the same behaviors. No judgment. I’ve got areas where I need to look in the mirror too. That’s why we’re doing this together. 🎯 THIS WEEK’S MISSION Pick ONE standard you want your actions to prove this week. Then comment below: MY STANDARD: ________ HOW I’M GOING TO PROVE IT: ________ Make it measurable. Not: ❌ “I’m going to take my health more seriously.” Instead: ✅ “I’m training four times this week.” Not: ❌ “I’m going to be a better dad/mom/partner.” Instead: ✅ “I’m putting my phone away for dinner every night this week.” Not: ❌ “I’m going to work harder on my business.” Instead: ✅ “I’m spending 45 uninterrupted minutes every morning on the thing that actually grows my business.” Then at the end of the week, we’re coming back to one question: DID MY ACTIONS MATCH MY WORDS? No excuses. No beating ourselves up if we fall short either. We tell the truth, learn from it, and decide what happens next. Because confidence is evidence. And every time your actions match your words, you create another piece of evidence that you’re becoming someone you can trust.

MY STANDARD: I’m intentional in my relationships, actively nurturing the people who matter to me instead of just assuming they know. HOW I’M GOING TO PROVE IT: I’m sending a message of genuine gratitude to one friend/connection everyday this week.

@Susan Andrew Nice! I was a huge procrastinator back in school and college 😄
Week 3 Update
I took time to evaluate my list of friends/connections (been keeping a list for years) and determine which of them have truly valued my time and which of them have been wasting it. I’ve stopped contact—not blocked—with the latter group, at least 25% of the people on my list. If they reach out to me in the future, good. If not, so be it.
What You Tolerate Is Quietly Controlling Your Life

My new standard is giving my time to those who’ve proven that they value it and deserve it.
⚔️ LIFE CODE CHECK-IN: WHAT ARE YOU TOLERATING?
⚔️ LIFE CODE CHECK-IN: WHAT ARE YOU TOLERATING? Here’s a question I want you to sit with today: What are you tolerating in your life that you know needs to change? Not what’s completely destroying your life. Sometimes it’s much smaller than that. It could be a relationship that constantly drains you. A habit you keep making excuses for. A job you complain about every day but haven’t made a plan to leave. Your health slowly moving in the wrong direction. Someone continually crossing a boundary you’ve never actually enforced. A messy house, unfinished project, financial issue, or conversation you keep telling yourself you’ll deal with later. Or maybe it’s something about your own behavior that you know isn’t who you want to be anymore. Here’s what I’ve been thinking about: The things we tolerate eventually become the standards we live by. Not because we consciously chose them. Because we kept allowing them. And ownership doesn’t mean you can magically fix everything today. It means being willing to look at your life and say: “This isn't working anymore, and I'm responsible for what I do next.” So today’s Life Code is simple. 👇 Drop ONE thing in the comments that you’ve been tolerating for too long. Then answer one more question: What is one action you can take this week to start changing it? I'll put mine in the comments too. No judgment. No pretending everybody has their shit together. Just people trying to become a little better than they were yesterday. ⚔️ You don't have to change everything today. But stop pretending you don't know what needs to change. Become someone you’re proud to be. #LifeCode #IronRanger023

I’ve been tolerating one-sided friendships where I invest more time and energy than I receive. This week, I’ll reevaluate those connections, match others’ level of effort, and focus on the people who genuinely show up for me. If some friendships fade, I’ll let them.

@Susan Andrew Yep, all those little things compound on each other, so they’re worth celebrating
