What’s new? You can now connect Canva directly inside Media Storage and: - Browse Canva designs - Edit in Canva - Download files - Import designs into My Media No tab switching. No manual downloads. No version confusion. This works similarly to Google Drive integration, with access limitations due to Canva Marketplace rules. How it works... Canva is connected at the location (sub-account) level. - Only one Canva account per location - All users in the location can view assets - Proxy (“Login As”) users cannot access How to use it... Connect Canva - Media Storage → Canva Tab → Connect - App Marketplace → Install Canva - Complete OAuth → Designs appear in Media Storage Edit from Canva Tab - 3-dot menu → Edit in Canva → Import updated version Edit from My Media (PNG/JPG/JPEG only) - Click Edit in Canva → Re-import updated version Why is this amazing? Creators are constantly switching between Canva and Media Storage to design and upload assets. This integration: 1. Reduces friction 2. Prevents duplicate uploads 3. Centralizes content management 4. Speeds up creative workflows Additional Notes Permissions - Canva Owner: Full edit access - Other users: View, search, download, import - Only one connection is allowed per account If a your team tries to edit: “You have view-only access to this media. After yesterday’s tech talk, everything seemed doable again. I felt confident and started fixing the mobile view of my landing page. It didn’t take long for my confidence to disappear. What’s wrong with me??🙈 I left all the layers and checkboxes, thinking I’d leave it for now and come back when I’m in a more Buddha-like state of mind 🪷 Let’s make the popup form. Where the h*ll is the form builder 😡? Then I remembered. There’s an AI that supports this platform. Never tried it. So I went to the Chat GPT. What a relief. The first I saw: “Okay, take a breath with me 😌 Popups sound scary… but they’re really just friendly little invitations.” I love love love the support. The language makes me smile again. There is hope and step by step I can do it. 🙏 🥹 🌱
