Glad I joined the Fautasi Quest, led by the phenomenal Zita! Since joining the program, I’ve built a strong foundation of healthy habits that support my physical and mental wellbeing. The format is easy to follow, and the classroom has meaning and purpose, helping us develop lasting habits for health, fitness, & wellbeing. In my first month, I lost 4kg; I drink 2L of water and exercise daily. Also love the amazing crew of like-minded people who encourage one another - One Beat! 🙏
