I’m looking for some expert guidance regarding my Upwork performance. In the last 90 days, I sent 177 proposals, got 31 views, 8 interviews, and 4 hires. Based on these numbers, what should I improve to increase views and interviews? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
