@Krista Fuller has been with Bjorn for 2.5 years and she has been through a LOT. In that time she’s lost 50 lbs and she’s removed 10 inches from her waist. But that isn’t all— she started working out on her own time, she powered through MONTHS of recovery from a knee surgery, and she regained a massive range of motion in her leg that was once lost. Krista was an example of how much dedication to a goal and direct coaching could help you. But here’s the thing, my goal with each of you is that you’ll no longer need me. Krista has come forward and said, “I’m ready for the next step in my journey” and I couldn’t be more excited for her. In truth, none of us want her to leave Bjorn, but she’s not leaving early, she is ABSOLUTELY ready for the next step.
