Mine is steps. At the weekend it’s easy because I have all the time in the world. But where I’m still not having a quality night sleep due to Kev’s snoring I’m too exhausted to go to the gym in the morning x
Morning all! Another busy day in London with a mystery treasure guide of who stole the Crown Jewels. Hoping to get some steps in today as the tubes are on strike until 12pm 😂
It was bliss - oh and this was a garlic mushroom and parmesan jacket potato with salad 🤦♀️ Had a slow relaxing time and enjoyed a caramel latté whilst working on my goals
