I’m celebrating my consistency! Although ive gained weight and clearly have water retention issue for some reason, I have stuck rigidly to the PFF method, walked between 8-10k steps everyday, my blood pressure has been perfect and only drank three medium wines a week, I’ve still either maintained or put on weight. I’m trusting the process that when this god awful heatwave buggers off, my consistency will pay off…… if this heat doesn’t kill me off in the process 😂
