Today we’re off to the Birmingham International military tattoo. So on the road again! I’ve packed fruit as snacks for me, choose wisely for lunch as out and about then I have homemade kebab for when we get home later this evening
Valentines meal will follow banana bread for breakfast, pork pie and salad for lunch. Valentine meal is a starter of Stilton and garlic mushrooms, filet steak, minted new potatoes and mixed veg, and for pud, Victoria sandwich GU dessert 😋
Yesterday I enjoyed banana bread, ham and cheese sandwich and homemade chicken kebab 😋 Still only one gym appearance this week 😔 but I’m still tired and hurting from Spain.
Eating a bit late tonight. Currently have home made chicken shish kebabs in the oven. Really filling so only having it with Lebanese bread and salad. Photos to follow 💪
