My name is Martin. I am soon going to be opening my wedding cake business before the year is out. I love make sugar flowers, cold porcelain flowers, I am starting a course in wafer paper flowers just got to get a couple more things to start that. My nemesis are cake toppers models. I seem not to get the faces looking good. But I am going to be practicing. Soon as I get a Cake & Cupcake sale for charity out the way on the 25th May. I was asked to make 100 cupcakes ( forgot to take pics ) There was Biscoff White chocolate Lemon Red velvet Vanilla Chocolate Tried lots of recipes but Hummingbird cake cupcakes recipes saved the day . I am a bit of a find a good recipe bung the flavours in. So all of the above apart from Red velvet and Chocolate are hummingbird. Lady was happy and im not stressed anymore 🙂 Love to know wat your favourite cupcake recipes are
