Busy week so finally able to listen to it. Perfect timing ? Weight loss but realized I am building muscle and feeling much stronger. Able to do some gardening this weekend and have a catch with my grandsons❤️. Haven’t been able to do this in years.

@Joy Fitzgerald so sorry for your loss. That is my biggest weakness when family and others around to stay on track. Now I am trying to just refocus and let it go. Being present is most important.

Overall a good week continuing water intake, fasting and exercise. I focused on replacing carbs with protein. Cooked chicken for the week so easy lunches with lots of veggies and fruit. Lots of cravings yesterday afternoon to evening hours. I am trying IQ bars and rxbars- both GF to add more protein to the afternoon snacks I pick rather than looking for chips, pretzels or candy. What are your thoughts on these bars? I struggle with protein shakes but did order some ready made small bottles to try next. Both dairy and GF. hope to keep focusing on more protein. I feel like I am eating too much food.

@Christina Tirado Thank you for posting. This is the first second I have to myself in days. The holiday was a whirlwind. Three days of preparing and hosting. I too ate sweets, not as many as I usually would. In looking back my portions were small but still tried all my favorites. I was down on my water and exercise a bit. Looking back I don't regret the time with my family and grandkids sharing traditions. Lots of laughs and fun. The plus is my body doesn't hurt like it used to. Having celiac i mastered the food we offered Friday and Saturday, I brought all the desserts. I have a fridge full of fruits, vegetables and healthy leftovers overs. This is my win to refocus I plan to catch up on classroom items, do one hypnosis and exercise after work.
