My win for the week was booking my pod/ red light this weekend to start fresh. I was able to relax my mind and get ready for a reset. I did a 19 hour fast today and feeling good. Ready for a fresh start. What I need help with is stopping the spiral. This week I caved in, eating more than just a few candies. What I am most upset about is the fact that I bought the bags of candy. I always had a bowl in my office for others to help themselves. I haven't been eating any. So i got a refill to round and pass out. Instead of doing this during the middle of the day I opened the bags and dove in. Before I knew it i had a mound of wrappers, they were bite sized. I went off not just one but three days doing the same thing just after lunch to get through the afternoon meetings and deadlines. I haven't done this in over a year since I did a gut cleanse. Well its out of my system now. I have one more week to go for a project that we have been working on for 6 months. I have been dreading these weeks for months but by next weekend it will be in the past. Thanks for today. I rested my mind and body at define! I am working on a better plan for this week so I don't repeat the binge. Heres to a new week! Thanks all for listening

My win this week was increased exercising and keeping focused on the plan. I was able to control my stress levels and my snacks were fruits and veggies. My area to focus on is still carbs and rotating days. Much improved but still my focus

Keeping focused on my water intake. Got through the weekend with 16+ hrs of fasting. I feel better on the weekends than when working. Less cravings or need to snack. Goal is to do this during the week.

Thanks for the walk! I got up and moved for the entire video. I like the goal of carbs every other day. Love those carbs but this I feel like I can do.

Biggest win was getting through the week with extra effort. Utilized a few videos to keep me from spiraling. Biggest challenge was health related - oral surgery so no exercise and limited food options for most of the week. Cant wait for my red-light and pod session and a weekend of down time. Hope everyone has a great weekend!
