Nearing the end, kind of. I am in love with my Elza sweater project and wanted to share my progress with you all. Knit on!

Update: sadly, even with the same dyelot, there is a wild variation in hue and the ball that I bought to finish the sweater does come CLOSE to matching the rest of the sweater. So, I bought another skein from the same seller, same dyelot, hoping that it will work. BUT, the skein is stuck across the country in some distribution center and I'm leaving town for 2 weeks. !! A true test in patience :) There are many other projects on my needles!

Update: another ball of yarn arrived and this one works so I’m will be back at it finishing this week!
Holding yarn in Colourwork
Hi ho 😊 how do you all hold your yarn during the colourwork? Are you knitting continental? I switch between having the yarn separately and picking it up every time and having both on one finger, if the floats are longer, because securing the floats is easier for me that way. However, I struggle a lot with the tension of the dominant yarn, when having both on the hand.

Hi....I hold a strand in each hand. Starting out as a continental knitter, it took a bit to figure out best way of holding right hand yarn...I find that I can spread out stitches a bit with my left hand to get better leverage. It's important to experiement to find the best fit!
Neckline and armhole questions
Hi Zanete, I absolutely love your designs but I am having trouble with sweater fit for the Do Ewe Yoke 2. It looks like I need to make the yoke a little deeper before I separate for the armhole. My last sweater from another designer the Yoke was too deep when i separated for the sleeves.the sweater lifts up when i move and was snug in the armpits. I want to avoid this with this sweater. Do you have any suggestions? Also the neck opening is rather large so I want to add the neck band now before I move on. I made the size 2 and my gauge appears to be correct. Any suggestions for the neck band? I am taking my time to problem solve and learn how to make some adjustments for a better sweater fit. Thank you for your time. Karen
