Bio: I am a retired Canadian Reformer Pilates lover. I also take every opportunity I can to be outdoors. 2 adult kids 2 almost adult grandsons.

Bio: I'm 67 years old and aim to get back to the weight in my 50s. I have knee pain that limits my walking but if I lose the weight maybe I'll feel better.
