Quick check-in as we head into next week 👀
The Break Up With Instagram Challenge starts next week, and I’m curious - How are you currently feeling about Instagram in your business? No right answers. This just helps me meet you where you’re at as we kick things off 💜 (And if you’re still on Level 1 or 2, you’ve got time to move up before we start.)

She Let Go...
Last night I did a breathwork session (I do them whenever I can to regulate my nervous system - usually that means once or twice a month - normally with https://breathlessexpeditions.com) and last night a poem by Safire Rose was shared that LANDED. In case it speaks to you as well, I thought I would share it here. She let go. Without a thought or a word, she let go. She let go of the fear. She let go of the judgments. She let go of the confluence of opinions swarming around her head. She let go of the committee of indecision within her. She let go of all the ‘right’ reasons. Wholly and completely, without hesitation or worry, she just let go. She didn’t ask anyone for advice. She didn’t read a book on how to let go. She didn’t search the scriptures. She just let go. She let go of all of the memories that held her back. She let go of all of the anxiety that kept her from moving forward. She let go of the planning and all of the calculations about how to do it just right. She didn’t promise to let go. She didn’t journal about it. She didn’t write the projected date in her Day-Timer. She made no public announcement and put no ad in the paper. She didn’t check the weather report or read her daily horoscope. She just let go. She didn’t analyze whether she should let go. She didn’t call her friends to discuss the matter. She didn’t do a five-step Spiritual Mind Treatment. She didn’t call the prayer line. She didn’t utter one word. She just let go. No-one was around when it happened. There was no applause or congratulations. No-one thanked her or praised her. No-one noticed a thing. Like a leaf falling from a tree, she just let go. There was no effort. There was no struggle. It wasn’t good and it wasn’t bad. It was what it was, and it is just that. In the space of letting go, she let it all be. A small smile came over her face. A light breeze blew through her. And the sun and the moon shone forevermore… → What do you need to let go of today? Drop it in the comments if you want to share it.

A quick note on where this space is heading 🤍
I wanted to share a little context, because I know some of you are here for different reasons - and that’s okay. This month, the focus inside the community is intentionally about pulling away from social media. That’s why the upcoming Break Up With Instagram Challenge is front and centre. Not because Instagram is “bad.” But because so many business owners have told me they want space - less pressure, less noise, more breathing room. That said, this space isn’t just about Instagram. It’s about building your business without relying on it. Which brings me to what’s coming next 👇 In March, the focus will shift very clearly to an email themed. month. Think: - Growing your list in ways that feel sustainable - Writing emails people actually want to read - Using email as a calm, owned channel alongside things like YouTube, podcasting, or SEO I’ll also be hosting my audio summit inside this community, Inside The Inbox Season 3, at the end of the month, and March inside the community will absolutely reflect that email-first energy. You’re not expected to do everything here. You're allowed to dip in, focus on what’s relevant for you, and ignore the rest. This is a long-game space - not a “keep up” one. I’m really glad you’re here, and I’d love to know where you’re at right now ⬇️ What best describes your email list right now?

February intention ✨
Finish this sentence in the comments: In February, I want to… It can be business, life, or both. I’ll share mine in the comments too.
