Which TIA Simulator?
Does the Udemy course with title "PMP Certification Exam Prep Exam 720 Questions- last updated 4/21" by TIA the same as the the simulator tests on TIA website?

@Roger Rustad - Andrew answered this qn last Tue on the youtube live session. These 2 are different. The one on TIA website is uptodate. btw- I took the test yesterday; passed

It took me 1 week to go over/practice using Andrew's Udemy 35h course. You may like to reference Agile Methodology Guide from the PMI site for quick review. I took the test yesterday. That was sufficient for me to pass PMP above target.

Change control board in Agile?
I came across a question below that has an answer stating to review the change and raise it to CCB instead review the impact with team or PO. Can anyone help any the choice is CCB in agile (Agile promotes collaboration and communication so analysis with team or PO wouldn't be the right answer)? -------------------------------------- A project team is in sprint 13 of a fourteen-sprint project. The project team placed a game-changing feature on the backlog for the next release that closely resembles a feature a competitor is launching. The product owner insists on incorporating this game-changing feature in the current release. What should be the next step for the project manager?

Hi Sumit & Jignesh - I don't recall this qn nor the available options. Is it not possible to have a PM in hybrid? A new feature (game change) in the middle of project execution is asking for a CR approval since it's a scope change if the Initiating & Planning processes are being done using Traditional/Predictive model. What do you say?

PMP mock exams
Hey Andrew, I completed the mock exam in the 35 hour course and got 77%. Since then I’ve purchased your 2024-pmp exam practice-mock test simu and completed 2 x mock exam so far but am getting 62%. Are these exams meant to be harder? Or it’s at the level of the actual exam.

Hi Sumit - I took the practice simulutor test on on 35 hour on Udemy by TIA besides taking 60 minutes tests. Is there an incremental value in taking additional ones from TIA or Study Hall?

Clarification on an exam question
Hi Andrew I did a practice exam from your 2024 Udemy exam prep and I came across these two questions that I got wrong but don’t understand the explanation. Are you able to assist? During a review of the repository, the project manager noticed that some documents were either missing or not up-to-date. What should the project manager do to address this situation? Correct answer: Engage in discussions with the project sponsor to streamline the documentation requirements. My answer: Collaborate with the team leaders to ensure the necessary project reports are updated

I don't recall this specific question and the available options. However, I think the apt answer would have been PM must bring awareness of the missing docs, and lacking up-to-date info the team and the sponsor and try to update/restore the missing docs
