House 1 on our current BRR project is complete! ✅⁣ ⁣ Really happy with how this property has turned out, the refurbishment team has done a great job⁣ ⁣ New carpets and the kitchen have been fitted in the last couple of weeks 🤝⁣ ⁣ I included a couple of pictures at the end of what the property looked like before/during the refurb⁣ ⁣ Bought for £80,000⁣ The total refurb cost was £28,350⁣ ⁣ Now, with a local agent looking to secure a long-term rent at ~£775pcm

The full rip-out, strip, and rubbish removal are complete. ⁣ ⁣ The electrical team has finished the first fix, and the plaster team is now in full swing. ⁣ ⁣ They’ve done a lot of prep work, including boarding, browning, and beading, and plastering has begun on the ground floor.⁣ ⁣ Due to the extensive prep, the plastering will continue through next week, but we’re on track. ⁣ ⁣ The kitchen has been ordered and designed, and we’re gearing up for the next phase. ⁣ ⁣ The plasterwork should be wrapped up soon, and then it's on to the electricians and plumbers for the second fix 🔜⁣ ⁣ Excited to see this project coming together—will post another update next week
