As I go thru this 10-week course, and the community that supports it ( including Sunny’s amazing support), I have come to realize that it was one of the best (if not the best) decision I have made in recent memory. I learned to meditate at age 28, and now at 65 I am a veteran on the spiritual path. If this program was put in front of you, you are very very blessed beyond words. I did not hesitate, and I am wishing the same for you🙏.
