Great group: very welcoming and supportive, with a real wealth of information covering both low-carb and high-carb approaches. There’s plenty of useful discussion around building muscle, improving strength and endurance, fuelling training, recovery, nutrition and performance, without everyone being expected to follow exactly the same approach.

On a personal note, the coaching has taught me how to lift and train properly. The guidance is practical, knowledgeable and tailored to the individual.
