Where to look in front lever and front lever pull ups?
Yo bros if anyone can do a front lever pull up for reps, where do you guys normally look? I’ve been looking at my feet but I heard a famous calisthenics coach say look at the bar or slightly pass the bar. Here is a video

@Chan Woo Park ok so was there a specific number you had in mind before going into XXX? Cause my thought process is let me get 6 clean reps so I don’t have to go back to fixing my basics once I try XXX

Why planche is harder than front lever for me?
Hey guys so it took me 7 weeks to unlock my full front lever and 4 months in total to get it to 15 second full front lever My question is why isn’t planche the same way? I’ve been working on it for a little over a year now and I still can’t do full bodyweight for 15 seconds. You would think if front lever (horizontal skill) was easy, then planche (horizontal as well) would get achieved in a similar easy way right? Main question: What’s the science behind why planche is harder if anyone knows and is able to do both skills (front lever and planche)

To much posterior pelvic tilt?
Yo what’s up guys, hope yall doing great . So I was reviewing my planche and I just get this feeling I’m pushing my hips down to much ? Which is why my legs end up curving and I get this weird S shape alignment. Am I correct to believe that based off of this video? i know my protraction isn’t best I’m still working on it, but I’m more concerned on wether my PTT is correct or not?

@Chan Woo Park I thought it about it, but I wanna ask you, does he teach people front lever combo endurance as well? Or just planche

@Chan Woo Park 100% man. Don’t have the finances right now but I’d prefer a coach who has good or crazy endurance in both planche and front lever combos. Thanks for the insights 💪
Where to look in front lever ?
What is up everyone so I have a question on front lever, personally I look at my feet to get the clean alignment . but I’ve seen videos or clips where people’s heads are neutral and don’t curve at all and the alignment looks so clean. It looks like their head is facing the ceiling To all the people that can front lever or front lever pull ups, where do you personally start your gaze at?

Piked full planche ?
Tell me why the freak!!!!!!‼️😂😂 I spent almost an hour trying to figure out piked full planche. Would it be easier to do extended out half lay instead ? Here’s an attached video for you guys, I keep accidentally entering full planche or bad full planche . I can do half lay for like 12-13 seconds I’m trying to figure out the best progression between half lay and full planche

@Finn Milic no worries man I think I’ll just work on extended out half lay. Pike full planche just feels so weird with my legs going forward and by abdominal area go back and out

@Lucas Torres No hard feelings but I just wanna make sure I’m getting planche advice from someone who has mastered planche, have you? I used straddle planche to process towards half lay planche
