@Stuart Clifford WOW 3 years. That's a high turn over. I would say 10 plus. 20-25 mows per year.
Put on your crash helmets.
Its going to be a rocky ride. Googles coming down hard on Google My Business profiles. They have hit two of my clients this week. One suspension and one "you need to reverify" I cannot find a logical reason for either one. Go figure...
Put on your crash helmets.

I hope they don't come for me. It took me several months to deal with the recent 💩 they put me through. I haven't received any new leads since getting approved 2 -3 weeks ago.
Target smaller & close jobs
When you are setting up your Google page, how do you target smaller jobs or close ones.
Google reviews
How do you ask your customers for Google reviews. Do you ask them when you see them. Do you put a link on your invoice. Do you drop something in the mail box. ? What if they don't understand Google reviews.

@Stuart Clifford I assume this is the code I give the customer?
🌱 Who Are Your Competitors in the Lawn Care Business? 🤔
When you own a lawn mowing business, your competitors aren’t just the other guys out mowing lawns. Sure, they’re the obvious ones, but have you thought about the less obvious competition? 🛠️ Big Box Stores: Selling shiny new mowers with promises of “do-it-yourself” savings. 🏗️ Hire Centers: Offering equipment rentals for the weekend warrior. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family Members: Lending a hand for free to help a loved one. 🚜 DIYers: Everyone who mows their own lawns and thinks they don’t need professional help. A lot of business books will tell you to study your competition. But in the lawn care industry, especially when it comes to one-person operations, I wouldn’t spend too much time on that. Here’s the good news: we live in a busy world. Many people simply don’t have the time—or the desire—to mow their own lawns and are more than happy to pay someone to take the task off their plate. So, instead of obsessing over competitors, focus on what makes you stand out. 🌟 Use social media to show your unique point of difference and build a connection with potential customers. Remember: your point of difference gets the customer. But it’s good old-fashioned customer service that keeps them coming back. 💡 How do you make your business stand out? I dont really worry about what my competitors are doing. I worry about what I am doing. If I am getting a new lead or two every week, who cares what others are doing.
