If everyone is thinking alike then someone isn’t thinking. It puts blinders on and creates tunnel vision for the leadership team when no one is willing to speak up with new ideas.

A fast Pace - It is important to me because I enjoy staying busy and hitting my goals and achieving items at home and at work.
