🔥 We’re cloning ourselves… and the AI video stuff is getting CRAZY
Hey Super Affiliate Academy family! I recently had AI make a video using my voice… teaching people how to make AI videos for free. AI teaching people to use AI. In my voice. 😂 And look at what’s happening out there… An AI grandma called Granny Spills gives ruthless relationship advice and picked up a million Instagram followers in her first few weeks, according to TIME. https://time.com/7329699/ai-influencers-tiktok-granny-spills/ Then there’s Big Yowie, an Australian Sasquatch making comedy videos. His creator reports 430,000 followers in six weeks and 50 million views. Yes, really. https://www.big-yowie.com/ A grandma. A Sasquatch. Entire personalities and audiences built around characters that don’t exist. This is why I’m so excited about our new Skool community, The AI Video Lab. Here’s what we’ve actually been doing inside: 🎭 Cloning ourselves. We’ve added HeyGen training and an AI Clone Lab so you can learn to create your own digital twin. 🔥 Building our own AI influencers. We’re showing how to create characters and keep them consistent across different images and videos. I recently shared a viral influencer example alongside one we made ourselves—it took seconds to create that example. 🎬 Making actual short films. We created “The Road to the NBA,” a video just under four minutes long, and added classroom breakdowns showing how we made it. 🆓 Making videos with free tools. I shared a coffee video I made for free, and we’ve added a Free AI section to the classroom. We also shared a Seedance-style video we made for less than $1. 🧪 Putting the lessons into practice. Members are creating their own characters, experimenting with camera angles, and making product images. You can see what people are making and share your own creations. For those of you building an audience or promoting offers, imagine having your own recurring character, digital presenter, or original video content to work with.

I've actually got this open in another tab, but haven't allowed myself to buy it yet. Was also looking at TwinClips but am worried about the ongoing cost of credits.

@Genki Nakamura Hey. What do you need to know? It's run by the same 2 geniuses that run this place. It will therefore be amazing. If you can afford it and you want to use video in your business - and you REALLY should - then buy it now.
Your email preheader can undo the disclosure below it
Your email preheader can undo the disclosure below it. Subscribers often see the subject line and preheader before they see the first sentence of the email. If that preview says `my favorite tool` or `the deal ends tonight` while the visible disclosure, evidence, or verified deadline appears much later, the first impression can be more confident than the message you actually reviewed. Run this check on one unsent affiliate email: 1. Put the subject, preheader, from name, first 140 visible characters, first affiliate disclosure, first product claim, first CTA, and final destination in one row of a sheet. Copy the exact words; do not summarize them. 2. Mark each statement as verified fact, personal opinion, quoted vendor claim, condition, or unknown. Attach the current official source and capture date for price, deadline, availability, compatibility, bonus, and result claims. If the preheader cannot be supported on its own, rewrite it before touching the body. 3. Send a test to accounts you control in at least two inboxes, such as Gmail and Outlook, then check one phone and one desktop. Look at the collapsed inbox preview, dark mode, images blocked, plain-text version, forwarded view, and the first screen after opening. The relationship or compensation disclosure should be clear and close to the recommendation; do not depend on an image, footer, hover state, or preheader that may be clipped. 4. Tap every CTA from the mobile test. Confirm the redirect lands on the expected product, region, price context, and secure domain, and that the page still supports the promise made immediately before the link. Keep your tracking parameters only where the program and platform permit them. 5. Read the preview and first screen as a skeptical subscriber. Ask: `What would I believe before scrolling?` Fix contradictions such as an absolute subject paired with a qualified body, a deadline without a verified time zone, a `free` claim that requires payment details, or a personal-experience tone when you only reviewed public materials.

More excellent advice. Thank you @James Renouf
Choose the launch that can still help a reader next month
Choose the launch that can still help a reader next month. Launch-day excitement can make an offer easy to email and hard to support later. Before you write another review, check whether the useful part of the content survives after the countdown, bonus stack, and first wave of demos disappear. Start with today's IM Launch Board and improductoftheday.com. At the time of this check, IMPOTD lists GumEtsy AI and Podcast AI for October 14, with Skratch and CreatorClawAI among October 13's recent products. Treat those names as discovery leads, not endorsements. Recheck the live boards, product identity, vendor page, launch date, terms, and authorized affiliate route before publishing because listings can change. Give each plausible launch an evidence shelf-life test: 1. Write the reader problem in one sentence without the product name. Examples: `I need a repeatable way to prepare a marketplace listing` or `I need to turn a recorded episode into usable assets.` If the article stops making sense when the launch name is removed, it may be announcement content rather than durable help. 2. Make four columns: `stable for months`, `likely to change`, `expires`, and `unknown`. Put the audience, core workflow, input requirements, output format, integrations, usage limits, price, launch discount, bonuses, refund terms, support route, and affiliate terms into the right column. Link every verified item to a dated official source. 3. Pick one useful test that can be repeated later with authorized access and fake material. Record the exact input, clicks, elapsed time, output, editing required, export route, and limitations. A vendor demo or sales-page claim belongs in a separate `claimed` field; it is not your observed result. 4. Draft the evergreen paragraph first: who the offer fits, the job it may help with, what evidence you actually checked, and the biggest verified limitation. Then draft the launch-only box for current price, deadline, bonus, or availability. Keeping those sections separate makes an expired promotion removable without destroying the review.

I think it's really important to suggest products to your list that enhance their trust in you. Surely the goal is to have subscribers on your list for years?
Shortcuts
Stop looking for quick shortcuts. The slow, steady grind is what actually builds unstoppable momentum.

Small amounts of consistent, daily effort have a huge effect on your results. Small spurts of frantic energy are OK for fixing problems that occur but the consistent grind is what builds your business.
