Reflect: Find Your Affinities
Find and join one WhatsApp tech affinity group that connects with your background or goals. Share which one you joined — include a short note about what drew you to it or why it is relevant to you.

I joined 1 LinkedIn Group and 2 WhatsApp communities that are aligned with my cultural background and religious values. I am waiting to be approved for one of the WhatsApp communities and once I'm in I will discuss with Nate how and what to say.
Reflect: Specialize
Write down 3–5 things that describe how you create value — not technologies, but traits or patterns of impact. “The themes that define my specialization are ___.” It doesn’t have to be perfect — this is about clarity, not branding.

I think my specializations are 1. Optimizing performance spotting inefficient code. 2. Testing my code and working through many scenarios and edge cases which has led to my code having a low bug rate. 3. Pinpointing and solving bugs in development or production accurately and timely. 4. Writing code that is reusable for other devs down the road saving them time and energy. 5. Creating out of the box applications for my teams to be able to work more efficiently. Like a one click console app that starts up multiple backend and front end projects for coding instead of having to open each one and start manually.
Reflect: Sell Your Results
Take a few minutes to reflect on your experiences from a results perspective. Build off of “One example of a result my work has created is ___.” Don’t worry about making it perfect — just start connecting your code to outcomes.

One example of a result my work has created was executing a system wide performance improvement initiative by optimizing slow EF queries and adding indexes which improved our API response time by 63%.
Reflect: Follow Through
Take a minute right now to reflect on your goal: - Why did you join Code Career Mastery? - What outcome are you committed to hitting over the next 90 days? - Then post a short message in the community: “I’m committed to following through this week by ___.” Whether it’s completing your prep plan, recording a mock, or finishing a DS&A section — put it in writing.

I joined CCM in order to learn how to get interviews and improve my interview performance. By the end of 90 days I would like to have consistent interviews (1-2 a week), be confident going into them, and performing well. I’m committed to following through this week by completing the control career class.
