Focus is something that starts first thing in the morning
Your focus does not start when you sit down to work. It starts with what your brain sees first thing in the morning. A made bed is one less thing competing for your attention, and one small win finished before the day gets going. That is why it matters for an ADHD brain. If you already make your bed drop a comment and let know. Also if you aren't yet doing it, give it a shot tomorrow for a week and see how it feels.

I admit, I'm awful at bed making. i just don't 'care' about it 🤣 Drives my wife insane, so I do try and make it tidy for her, as small wins that make her happy bring me a jolt of dopamine even after 10 years together 🤭

Anyone Using A Dialy/Weekly Planner?
So I came across this planner 📓 in some ADHD research I was doing and my first thought was "if I had THAT planner I'd definitely be able to organize my day/week better". 🙌 Now how many times have we said that the same thing in the past regarding planners, notion boards, journals, courses, ect...? 🤔 One thing I've learned to hone back on is impulse buying. 🛑 And this was no different. Once I reviewed it several days later I knew it would require more mental focus and effort to work through that planner every day vs the notepad I currently use to jot down daily tasks and check them off. ✅ Curious if anyone has ever effectively used a planner, or any of the tools I mentioned, for any significant period of time and what impact did that have on your productivity. 👇💬

Basic notepad for me! I have them dotted around the house, in my main areas and can just empty my brain on them when needed and go back to them to organise if needed
