Owner of a HomeVestors We Buy Ugly Houses franchise. Own two rental units of my own, manage about 160 single family doors. Exited about 12 fix n flips. Do some wholesaling and as is real estate listings. Became a Real estate broker in Feb of this year. Goals: Build my rental portfolio and Real Estate Brokerage.
