Whenever we get to legs and below, can we bring up the optimal block settings based upon the leg length article? Is this methodology implemented for the entire team and how? If not, is this specifically for individuals? For feet, do the 'super spikes' stack with the spring ankle exercises or are the spikes irrelevant due to the spring ankle exercises?
Block Settings for Starts
I was reviewing the Winning the 1st 10m video series from 2 years ago. The video referenced the Italian study using the leg length for block settings. The article used 60% of the measured length for the front block setting. Coach Korfist mentioned 50% of the length. Can you help me understand the difference between 60 and 50%?
