Tarot, one of many tools!
Intuition through gut feeling and communication with both guides and energies/entities unseen can be strengthened using various tools. The tool has to resonate with you personally to make sure your belief in it is strong. Us humans have developed a ton of tools, crystal balls, divining rods, astrology, tea leaves etc but the one that appeals to me and that keeps popping back into my mind is Tarot. I think part of that is because I love card games as well as games in all form. I love rules and then mastering those rules and mastering the game. I’ve decided that I will give Tarot a shot in 2026. I’ll choose a deck that appeals, learn it and practice. I’ll post occasional updates here as I progress. I suspect as I start reading the cards I will improve my channeling ability and that intuition will grow, well that is my hope anyway! Wish me luck!

Huge update on Tarot Readings! So I knew I was drawn to Tarot but actually it is “cards” as a whole, Basically I’ve discovered that the act of holding and using cards, any cards not just Tarot results in me being able to connect to my intuitive side. I’ve been using playing cards and I’m finding that I receive information just as much if not more than Tarot??! This is great, so it shows following your gut can take you in an amazing direction that you might not have predicted. I’m currently using them daily and discovering that I can connect to peoples past lives. I’ve had this confirmed by my guides via @Sara Prior I’ll keep you updated on progress in a couple of weeks but it feels like a big deal 👍
Jan 26th - You are a product of your thoughts
Channelled this morning… “The sum of your thoughts is establishing the reality around you. Don’t let them run on autopilot and remember that you are in fact the creator of each thought. You get to choose the quality of the thought and therefore the quality of the day that is unfolding before you.”

I like to be shown new perspectives from books, seeing things from a new angle and getting that AH-HA moment when something clicks

I’ve just bought a book on the Chakras. I’ve never really fully understood them but in meditation I can feel those energy centres so regardless of what mainstream science says (no evidence they exist) I intuitively feel they do.
I now have a Pendulum!
@Sara Prior I’ve managed to fix the chain on this Pendulum so I’ll be taking the new classroom lesson you’ve added. Looking forward to learning a new woo skill.

Welcome to The School of Woo
Hi. I'm Sara. I have created this community because I wanted a place to chat about all things "woo". I follow lots of people on Instagram who share their own particular practices, but there's no where I've found that brings it all under one roof. A safe space to share about all sorts of woo things, how they interrelate, what works and what doesn't. A place to learn from and support each other on our woo journey. I'm a channel, medium and energy healer, so I have some personal experience with the unseen world, but am increasingly discovering the magic in different practices, modalities and tools which I find myself adding to my life to support me and those around me. I would love this to be a space for sharing experiences, discussing new ways of doing things, learning about new "woo" things and hopefully enhancing and refining our own practices to live more enriched lives! As the community develops I'm trusting that it will evolve to bring its members the types of content they are seeking and I'm open to ideas - from interviews with different practitioners to workshops and even meetups. Please do introduce yourself in the comments and share a pic of your current "woo" practice/tool/inspiration, or something that sums up your connection with the unseen world! Look forward to good conversations! Sara x

Hi 👋 I’m Steve, Sara’s Husband. I’ve been in awe of Sara’s Medium skills since I first met her, her insights are truly mind blowing and have steered the direction of our marriage over the years. Our spirit guides regularly knock on either mine or Sara’s temples and she whips out the pendulum for a chat. Crazy universal insights are always given and humbly received. My personal “Woo” journey started when I was young and I experimented with meditation which over the years has become a big part of my life. I always felt there was more to life than meets the eye. My view point is that we are souls having a human experience, so we can all help each other to learn and love.We all have a team/family of guides that are around us always wanting to help us. They are always communicating, you have to trust your gut and intuition. Keeping the mind less distracted and quiet amps up the ability to receive this assistance. Really happy to be in the Skool to support my wife who I know is going to change the world for the better. Looking forward to getting to know you all x
