Channelled this morning “When things around you seem to flow with freedom and ease, it is a direct reflection of your energy. If you are clinging to old beliefs, both consciously and unconsciously, you could be creating resistance to that flow, much like a resistor on an electrical circuit. Focus today on trusting not controlling, releasing not holding, rolling with events not pushing back - notice the difference in the quality of flow in your environment”.

Channelled this evening… “If everyone approached their day with the awe and wonder of a child, they would be blown away by the magic and seemingly miraculous happenings that would unfold before them. Practice being curious, practice having the thought “anything could happen”. Don’t close down the multitude of the universe’s paths to delivering what you want by deciding exactly how it will arrive. You will be 9 times out of 10 wrong about that fact!”.

Channelled this evening… “Praying is like wishing is like asking the universe, is like expressing a desire. No matter how you ask your request is heard. There is no ‘right’ or accepted way. All that matters is the purity of your intention. By purity, we mean that your conscious and unconscious minds are in alignment and your higher self concurs. Most of you are tripped up unknowingly by your unconscious. It runs 95% of your experience. So if you are not receiving what you are asking for, then turn to your unconscious mind and clean up the narrative it is spouting! Do this through meditation, hypnosis, or dream work.”.

Today, February 1st, marks Imbolc, the midway point between the Winter solstice and Spring equinox. The light is starting to creep into the early evening, and we’re glimpsing what is in store as we leave Winter behind and embrace nature waking back up. It’s the perfect time to quietly whisper to yourself what you’d like to invite in in the coming months. As luck would have it, it is also the full moon! A time of letting go what no longer serves you. A double whammy of cleaning out the cupboards of your life and creating intentions for what you put back in. Oh and don’t forget to put any crystals outside or on a window sill to bathe them in moonlight! Charge those babies up!

As I continue my development as a medium and channel, I find myself increasingly called to help souls who have very recently passed, usually in a sudden way, who find themselves disoriented and confused. This afternoon it appeared I had a queue waiting and seeking my help. An entire family group from Gaza, a young man from Iran, a nurse who had had a car crash, an elderly man who had had a sudden heart attack. It always makes me think of a childhood memory my mother describes, that I have no recollection of, where I insisted there was a man wearing a motorcycle helmet in our bathroom, who was lost and needed our help! What I have learned from every interaction is that not only are they unsure where to go next, but having died suddenly they also feel the need to say things that they didn’t get a chance to whilst alive. They need to feel heard, so they can go to the light at peace, with a sense of completeness. Sometimes they speak of forgiveness, others show gratitude for the life they’ve lived, others share concern for those left behind / at which point my guides offer reassurance. And so I’ve had some quite beautiful and quite emotional exchanges with these souls, allowing them to say what there is to be said, and then to watch them head into a light they describe as “quite the sight” “so incredibly beautiful”, and “so so full of love”. I send them off feeling safe and relaxed and complete about what has occurred. If I achieved nothing else today, I would feel as though I’d done something good and worthwhile. Albeit in an unseen world! And it always leaves me with such absolute reassurance that once our bodies end their journey, our souls travel on ❤️. I haven’t shared much about this aspect of my work, but feel that here is probably the best environment I could hope for to receive it! 🙏
