Tesamorelin vs MK677: Which One Actually Makes More Sense?
I wanted to do this comparison because Tesamorelin and MK677 both increase growth hormone, but they are very different once you start looking at the details. Tesamorelin has some really solid human data for visceral fat and seems cleaner when it comes to glucose control, while MK677 is much more convenient and has its own advantages for appetite, growth hormone, and body composition, but it can also come with more issues around insulin sensitivity and water retention. The biggest problem is that we still do not have the exact head to head studies I would want to see, so a lot of this comes down to combining the research with real world experience. What would matter more to you when choosing between them: muscle, visceral fat, glucose control, or convenience? https://youtu.be/jVVymI2sMpU?si=lr-9cUkZQ7psdWMi

@Tony Huge yes brother! U taught me that
His testosterone went from 749 to 960 in six weeks.
I sat down with scientist David Kingsley to go through his actual blood work from his latest self experiment. His total testosterone increased from 749 to 960, while free testosterone also climbed significantly and SHBG barely changed. But the numbers are only part of it. We also talked about how he felt, energy in the gym, mood, sex drive, fertility markers, estradiol, IGF 1, and why tracking blood work matters when you experiment with your hormones. This is not a transformation based on somebody guessing how they feel. We actually have the before and after labs. Watch the full experiment: https://youtu.be/UDHRbra1r4k?si=cuvHYis9vq5BXA4N What result surprised you the most?

RAD-140 Protocol
I just put together a RAD-140 protocol for the community. It covers the basics of how it's run, what to expect, the support supplements, and what bloodwork to keep an eye on. Full protocol here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MUbGmH-LNfTIVfXZzlYQjCwDhof_D5HhWds5_6h7LK4/edit?tab=t.0 Have you run RAD-140 before? What was your experience with it?
