Networth Calculation

This has come up in a conversation I was in recently so I'm curious. Question: Do you count retirement pension as part of your net worth? And if so, how would you calculate it?

If it was me I would say not included in Net Worth (I.e. Military pension - I would say this is not an asset). If its a FI number calculation I would include it in the math.

Development Deals

Out of curiousity is anyone doing any development deals / building homes or townhouses? I was at a mastermind this weekend and it seems like the development guys are crushing it. Haven't met any development guys in the WarRoom yet.

@Tyler Goble I haven't quite dove into development deals but am planning on freeing up some cash this Spring. Do you have any recommendations for where to start looking for some beginner level information?
