Wondering if you need an ADA certification in order to select ADA accessible when registering homes? I have a one story with wide hallways and a walk-in shower, and easy entry that would easily accommodate a disabled renter, but I’m not officially ADA certified. Do I need to not select ADA accessible in that case? I haven’t in the past, but wondering if I technically could.
