Hey team! What are your focusing on this week? In our VBA Elite Mastermind program we hold members to account every Monday with something called #weeklygoals so to give you a taste i want you to share what strategic focus you are working on this week to grow your customer vase or increase the number of in inbound enquiries? Either you have a marketing issue E.G. not enough leads or sales or you have a capacity issue E.G too much work, long hours and you are on the tools delivering the work Both a re common issues in a growing video business. Where atre you finding a bottleneck? Post one goal for the week and identify whether it's a marketing or capacity issue

#1.4 - The 4 pillars of performance This is my favourite video so fare, it has really realigned me for the day. I'm a great advocate of reprogramming the mind. I successfully adjust my eating habits during Covid, which has paid big dividends in my performance. When it comes to business I'm getting there but need a few pointers to improve my mindset would really help. Some days I get the imposter syndrome creep in, not always easy beat that back. Looking forward to the next video on growth.
