Either you have a marketing issue E.G. not enough leads or sales or you have a capacity issue E.G too much work, long hours and you are on the tools delivering the work Both a re common issues in a growing video business. Where atre you finding a bottleneck? Post one goal for the week and identify whether it's a marketing or capacity issue

Do you work with them on a retainer basis @Tony Smith ? We've had one retainer client so far and looking to push it again as it really helps ⁣with consistent income ...
My favourite video so fare
#1.4 - The 4 pillars of performance This is my favourite video so fare, it has really realigned me for the day. I'm a great advocate of reprogramming the mind. I successfully adjust my eating habits during Covid, which has paid big dividends in my performance. When it comes to business I'm getting there but need a few pointers to improve my mindset would really help. Some days I get the imposter syndrome creep in, not always easy beat that back. Looking forward to the next video on growth.

Just finished this one - felt like I knew it all already then totally hit me round the head with the pricing example... I've had that feeling so often putting quotes together - I always used to include a discount on every quote! It took a long time to change the story to one of making quality work so charging higher prices...

I feel like every one of these is relevant to some dregree, but I thnk more leads and enquiries would come first, which would then allow more time to be spent on systems, sales processes etc.
