#1.4 - The 4 pillars of performance This is my favourite video so fare, it has really realigned me for the day. I'm a great advocate of reprogramming the mind. I successfully adjust my eating habits during Covid, which has paid big dividends in my performance. When it comes to business I'm getting there but need a few pointers to improve my mindset would really help. Some days I get the imposter syndrome creep in, not always easy beat that back.
