Shoutout to Aaron and Messages
@Aaron Quiroz been crushing it as our Community Triage Lead. Inbound across Instagram, Skool, and Discord has gotten genuinely out of hand, and Aaron stepped in and built real order out of the chaos. He's fast, he's thoughtful, and he actually reads what you send before responding. That matters Going forward, if you're trying to reach me about work, partnerships, projects, or anything that needs a real conversation, please send it to Aaron first. He has visibility into my calendar and priorities, and he'll get things routed correctly. If it needs me, I'll be there. If someone else on the team can handle it faster, even better. I'm still around and still reading. This just makes sure your message actually gets seen and answered instead of buried under hundreds of others. Thanks for rolling with the change. And seriously, thank you Aaron.

New video Drop
This is a new style as well that I'm testing and I'm talking about systems thinking a little bit more in it and how I think that you can do more as a company now, especially if you're a consultancy. If you're thinking of starting your own or already have one, this video might be huge value for you! It's on my YouTube so if you can go like it there and leave a comment that would be amazing I'll probably create a text companion and make a few more videos and add this to a new series called systems thinking In the classroom! We shall see.

Let's get it, Thanks for sharing this @Jake Van Clief
Welcome to Clief Notes. Here's where to start.
1. Watch the intro video and introduce yourself in the intro post here 2. Start with The Foundation (free course). Concepts, folder architecture, prompting framework. Everything else builds on this. 3. Check in at the bottom of each lesson. Polls, discussion posts, other members working through the same stuff. Use them. 4. When you're ready to build real things, move to Implementation Playbooks (Level 2). When you're ready to build your own tools, Building Your Stack (Level 3). 5. Post your work. Ask questions. Help others when you can. What are you here to build?

@Davia Ward That’s a lot of progress for a single week, Davia. Most people take months to get those kinds of automations off the ground. I’m curious about the 'Monday update' automation, are you having Claude pull that data directly from your insurance contracts, or are you feeding it a specific spreadsheet to summarize? Also, for the proposal program, how are you handling the slide show generation? Is it exporting to a specific tool like PowerPoint or Canva, or is it staying within Claude for now?

@Davia Ward That is an impressive stack, Davia. Connecting Claude to Gamma for presentations is a game-changer for speed, most people are still stuck on copy-pasting into PowerPoint. I’m particularly interested in the Asana integration for those Monday updates. Are you using a specific automation tool like Zapier to bridge them, or are you just using Claude to parse the project data manually? Once you get the 'Monday' workflow fully dialed in, do you see yourself scaling that same logic to handle other parts of your provider relations?"

Books empower me. Ideas push me forward. Fear does not hold me back from anything, except for God.
