Week 4: 💛 Focused 12 Weekly Check In
Before you start this week, take 90 seconds to reflect on last week. Why? Research shows that people improve performance when they regularly measure progress, reflect on results, and make small adjustments. Reflection creates awareness. Awareness creates better decisions. Better decisions create better results. This is not about perfection. It is about execution. Use the Weekly Celebration Tool to complete your reflection, then come back and comment below with your 90 Second Weekly Check-In. 90 Second Weekly Check In 1. Execution Score_____ % of planned commitments completed 2. Celebrate One Win 3. What Worked? 4. What Got in the Way? 5. One Lesson Learned 6. One Commitment for This Week Drop your check in below or create a new post. We are here to celebrate, encourage, and help you keep moving forward one week at a time. 🌱

90 Second Weekly Check In 1. Execution Score: 92% of planned commitments completed 2. Celebrate One Win: Finished my 3rd Amazon KDP book, Relaxing Summer Word Search & Coloring Book! 3. What Worked? Letting go of one goal (publishing a weekly YouTube video) to make space for getting my book across the finish line. 4. What Got in the Way? Some overthinking, and thinking ahead about what's next when it would have been more useful to focus 100% on the present. 5. One Lesson Learned: Slow and steady progress adds up. 6. One Commitment for This Week: Be sure to do at least 1 full-length yoga class again this week so I have better work-personal life balance.

1. I completed 94% of my planned actions this week 2. Celebrate One Win: I did a yoga class (that was a new addition to this week's list). Plus, I created a new freebie to promote my second book in addition to my planned activities. 3. What Worked? Being clear about what needed to be done. 4. What Got in the Way? My full-time job! 5. One Lesson Learned: Slow and steady progress will get me where I want to go. 6. One Commitment for This Week: Do another yoga class.
What are you executing today? 🎯
A little accountability can go a long way. My focus today: Finish setting up my content folder system in Google Drive. A little organization now will make creating, finding, and reusing content much easier later. What’s the one most important thing you’re committed to finishing today? Drop it below and let’s help each other follow through. ✨

My main goal for today is to write, record & schedule a YouTube video of a self-love Yoga Nidra meditation that complements my recently released Self-Love Coloring Book. Getting this done will let me check off one of my main goals (creating a weekly video) and be prepared with something to share in my enews on Sat (which is another of my weekly goals). I work a full-day today for my regular job and will be working on the video in addition to that. It's a lot, but should be do-able if I really commit and focus (and release perfectionism).

@Sybil Hall I got the Yoga Nidra meditation recorded and edited during my lunch break today! Moving at warp speed for me after releasing perfection-seeking.

90 Second Weekly Check In 1. Execution Score: 85% of planned commitments completed 2. Celebrate One Win: I made great progress on my next book 3. What Worked? Remaining committed to the 3 main goals I set at the beginning 4. What Got in the Way? - I spent a fair bit of time secondguessing my goals, mostly contemplating adding more things to my list. But this 12 week process is helping me say no to new things, parking them for a future round. 5. One Lesson Learned: Remember to celebrate what I get done and not just move on to the next task and forget about the progress made 6. One Commitment for This Week: I did add one new goal, a personal one. To do one 60min yoga class this week. I've been wanting to get back to yoga practice and keep procrastinating. I really hesitated about putting it on my list because of fear I won't do it and then I'll be disappointed. But things on this weekly list have been getting done so I'm trying it.
