1 my daughter just turned 10 in October she's definitely a breaststroker but she concentres so much on technique and not the speed part. Love to help fix that 2- advice on breaking a plateau for a female swimmer age 10 who may be starting puberty, how does this effect them vs male swimmers. 3- refine back stroke

In this breakdown, youโ€™ll learn exactly how to film your swimmer so you can send in the perfect clips for a professional-level stroke analysis. Every video you submit is transformed into a powerful coaching tool to be used year round: ๐Ÿ”น Slow-motion corrections ๐Ÿ”น Frozen frames with on-screen text ๐Ÿ”น Clear arrows and highlights showing EXACTLY what to fix We donโ€™t just tell swimmers what to improve โ€” we show them, frame by frame. Athletes can rewatch their breakdown anytime, allowing corrections to truly sink in and accelerate their progress. If you want your swimmer to finally โ€œget it,โ€ see their stroke the way a coach sees it, and make changes that actually stickโ€ฆ this is the most valuable feedback you can give them.
