hey everyone, awesome to see you on today’s VIP integration call for The Magnetic Love Reset! the replay is HERE: https://www.skool.com/highvibetribe/classroom/3bd93559?md=edbe58bd2521445996665102ed225ba4 recently I had I’ve noticed something…over the last few weeks my YouTube channel and social media have grown more than they have in the last two years but what’s funny about it is that growth didn’t come from focusing on the outcome It came from focusing on the energy of the process for a while, I believed that in order to get to the next level, I had to become someone different I thought I needed to move away from what originally worked I’ve realized that what got you here can absolutely get you there… when you align with it for me, that meant reconnecting with what I naturally love doing that’s teaching, sharing ideas, and expressing myself authentically and when I shifted my focus from the outcome to the process everything started to expand many people approach love with the same energy of being attached to the results like “I want a relationship” “I want someone to complete me” “I want to receive something” but when you shift into sharing energy, sharing experience, and creating connection, everything changes Instead of focusing on what you can get, what if you begin embodying what you can give and share? this is how you become more magnetic and open to love! Such a great call today 👏. Was so interesting to identify when patterns can change within us depending on who we are with. However when meeting new people from dating perspective, and we identify patterns in others, which most will have, what do we do with this information? How does this influence our decisions to the other person? This part im not sure? Looking at myself I identify my fear of being vulnerable because its been used against me in the past, however using the term dial up the thermostat, previously I have been open too soon, so going forward i will observe the other person behaviour wise, and choose when I feel safe, if this other person gets access and open up slowly with feeling safe 🙂

No more shaming myself. Unlearn all the old patterns and empty out previous hurt and "voices" that dont belong to me. Congratulate myself when I catch myself and making the micro shifts. Start to feel more safe in my body, and try to stop seeing the world and love as a danger. 🫶❤️

To Calm Your Nervous System Is Gentler Than You Think
Your nervous system is basically that one friend in the group chat who reads every message… and reacts accordingly. Yes. Even the ones you thought were harmless. 👀 Somewhere along the way, many of us were sold the deluxe fantasy that feeling better requires gritting our teeth, powering through, and generally treating ourselves like a malfunctioning robot that just needs a firmer reboot. Plot twist: your body is not impressed by force. Real regulation tends to arrive quietly, like a cat that only sits on your lap when you stop chasing it. It responds to safety. To consistency. To the small, boring, beautiful acts of care we often underestimate. Your nervous system recalibrates through moments like: ↳ Sleeping enough that your dreams stop filing complaints ↳ Touch that feels safe, and boundaries that actually stick ↳ Moving your body, breathing deeply, drinking water like the hydrated legend you are ↳ Sunlight, fresh air, and pockets of intentional quiet ↳ Laughing so hard your shoulders drop two centimeters ↳ Predictable routines your body can trust ↳ Food that nourishes and people who don’t drain your battery ↳ Above all, emotional safety… the real luxury item If you’ve been feeling wired, tired, overwhelmed, or like your energy leaks out by noon, read this gently: - You are not broken. - Your nervous system has been working overtime trying to keep you safe. Regulation is not a dramatic overnight glow-up. It is more like watering a plant. Consistent. Patient. Occasionally forgetting and then trying again.

Advice
Hey guys just reaching out with doing the work on this challenge Im not feeling great. Im feeling all sorts if emotions and I know thats what we are meant to to, but im finding it hard to not worry about bringing on depression again 🙈. I just wanted to be honest, any advice be great and appreciated ❤️

Day 8 Shield homework
Q-what is your protective shield? what is it protecting you from? I have had so many! Overgiving- trying to show my worth. Fixing- Trying to control through fear of hurt. Overachieving- Always trying my best to feel worthy and accepted. HyperIndependant- Not being able to trust someone to look after me. Fear of letting someone help me being used as an excuse to mistreat me afterwards. Q- who would you be without the shield and if you trusted? Im not sure who I would be yet? I guess I would still be authenticly myself, but I would be more open to love from others, and happier because I would be receiving instead of giving? Q- How can you open up for more love and authenticity to flow through? By being conscious of my patterns and catching myself when my body reacts, now I am aware of not just how my conscious is thinking, but how my body is reacting. Q- How can you move from contraction to openness? Honestly Im not quite sure on this point? But hopefully Aaron will explore further? But im guessing its allow myself to feel emotions, what ever they are so eventually my body will relax, then my mind can too?.
