Thanksgiving Latte
Here’s a Thanksgiving Latte everyone will keep begging for — the one that tastes like cozy chaos, soft mornings, and choosing gentleness. Base: • 2 oz apple juice • A sprinkle of cinnamon • 1 tbsp brown sugar • Double shot of espresso (froth it until it’s giving whipped magic) • Ice + oat milk in a 12oz cup Cold foam: • 2 tbsp heavy cream • 1 tbsp oat milk • 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste • 1 tbsp powdered sugar Whip it, pour it, let it fall like a little holiday cloud on top. Stir, sip, and enjoy one of the easiest “wow, you made this?” drinks of the whole season.

Sunday Reset ✨
Here are 3 simple things you can do to reset for the week ahead…comment what you would add to this list 1. Brew & Breathe Ritual Light a candle, make your comfort coffee, and take five slow breaths while you set one intention for the week. Nothing fancy—just grounding. 2. Soft Chaos Sweep Pick one corner of your space to reset (not the whole house). Fold a blanket, clear a surface, or refresh your bedside table so it feels like it’s rooting for you. 3. Soul Check-In Sip While sipping your last cup of the day, journal three things: what drained you, what nourished you, and what you’re releasing before Monday.
