YOUR DAILY HQ POWERUP MESSAGE:
You don't lack talent, you lack repetition. The people you admire just kept going when it got boring. Mastery is built in the moments nobody claps for.

Boring or hard. It’s easy to see others successes plastered all over the media, few talks about set backs and when they felt alone and crazy for chasing a vision no one else believed in. Until you find your tribe!
YOUR DAILY HQ POWERUP MESSAGE
Not everyone will like you. Some will challenge your every word. Others will passively make it obvious. Some will only be OK if you follow their expectations of you, they will turn when you say no. They are there to test you. Push your strength. Like weights in a gym. If you have buckled in the past because of others, don’t let it define you now. Build the muscle and grow. I’ve been sensitive to rejection my whole life (probably I realised due to adhd) so I have to check in on myself regularly now. I ask What does their behaviour say about them? What does it show about me? Is there anything I genuinely need to adjust? Does this person deserve a space in any of my energy field? We can’t get rid of everyone who challenges us in ways that don’t feel good but we can use them to build our rejection muscles and we can decide how to respond.

Can never please everyone. Choose your tribe. After 2 decades in Ops we used to say ā€˜can’t win’. A good thing to get used to. Zen would view it as there is nothing to hold on to so you might as well don’t
Podcast
I've just been looking at my Wheeliehogs podcast statistics and I've earned a badge because the stories have been downloaded over 500 times. I did get an email about this but didn't take much notice. Now I am, it's wonderful, and it seems that they are quite popular in North America. Who would of thought!
