There is always someone out there for you. The right partner, the right client, the right job. We only don’t find them when we stop looking because we start to believe it doesn’t exist. You may be looking in the wrong places with the wrong people. Doesn’t mean the right ones aren’t out there.

There may not be an answer today - but there is an answer. When things feel so hard you can’t work out how to move forward, know there is an answer. We just have to knock on the right doors and ask the right questions. Sometimes they appear in the most unexpected places. So keep your eyes open and your mind curious.

I watched the replay with Steve and how/why he set up Tough to Talk. Very insightful and informative and the work is so vital. Question for Steve: do you run training for smaller companies who do not have HR departments? For example, in construction, groups of site managers/owners of small businesses (a handful of employees) via group online training or something like that?

People can ignore posts but a phone call is more personal. I hate the phone and it’s important I continue to develop my skills and not ignore it because it’s hard for me. 3) how will you know when you have achieved it I will be easily picking up the phone and speaking to people who could be clients. What are you saving for best? What if best never arrives? How many wonderful things have you missed in life because you waited for the best time? There is no best time. Light the special candle, use the special mug, wear the special outfit, take the opportunity you think might come at a better time. Live, don’t wait.
