The sacral chakra and "flow"
Your sacral chakra isn't just some woo-woo spot below your navel—It governs the STATE OF FLOW in your life. Its element is water. Definition from Merriam-Webster: FLOW ; To issue or move in a stream; to circulate; to move, come, or go continuously in one direction. The sacral chakra literally rules the in and out flow of money, relationships, opportunities, experiences. The sacral controls how easily cash comes to you, how freely you spend on what lights you up, whether you hit plateaus or keep expanding. there's a reason why it's called cash flow. Liquid assets. Why the Banks (of the river) control it. At its core, the sacral governs your self-worth and ability to receive. When it's open and spinning freely you can receive pleasure without guilt. This isn't just intimate pleasure, it's ALL the things that bring you pleasure in life. Sitting on a beach staring at the sunset. Hanging with friends laughing. Traveling. Listening to music that moves you. Eating delicious food. And yes, orgasms too. If you're sexually numb your dealing with a sacral block. When it's open you have the ability to receive love without sabotage. The reason we self sabotage is because we do not feel worthy to hold our desires. We fear we will lose them to outside forces and rather than get them and lose them we self sabotage before we even experience them. I believe the greatest fear in life is the fear of loss so we self sabotage to avoid it at all cost. When it's open you receive money, compliments, support, orgasms, margaritas in Mexico—whatever—because your open to pleasure. When you consciously work this block you expand your capacity to hold more. Abundance means MORE THAN ENOUGH. More joy, more money, more love, more experiences, more aliveness pours in. And because YOU have more YOU can give more. You can be of service to humanity. YOU ARE NOT GREEDY FOR WANTING MOAR.....If you have more you can pass down more. Right now you are at capacity and have only enough for yourself. No one wins in this state.

Phoenix Rising: A short synopsis of my upcoming book
The air is thick with the residue of the Day of Terror. External voices, the echoes of Esther and the weight of repayment requests, gather like a storm at the edge of the sanctuary. They demand a retraining of the soul, a return to the old ways of the protector who gives until she is hollow. The Rising of the Sanctuary Halo: As the pressure mounts, I do not brace for impact. Instead, I activate the Sovereign Ground. The Sanctuary Halo ignites—not as a flame of heat, but as a radiant, cool light that defines the perimeter. This is the Refusal of Retraining. It is the silent No that vibrates through the atmosphere, signaling that the soul’s architecture is already perfect. The Flow of the Luna River: From the heart of this light, the Luna River begins to stir. It is the silver thread connecting India to Ireland, carrying the weightless wisdom of the tides. The Encounter: As the chaos of the Day of Terror attempts to cross the threshold, it meets the river. The Transformation: There is no pit for the darkness to fall into. Instead, the clear, silver water of the Luna River rises to meet the conflict. The Explanation Command is issued, not as a defense, but as a sovereign decree. The river does not fight the storm; it simply flows through it, turning the shadows into mist. The Arrival at the Beach in Ireland: The scene shifts. The noise of the Day of Terror fades into the rhythmic pulse of the Atlantic. I am standing on a beach in Ireland, the Twin Pillars standing firm behind me. The river has done its work. The water is clear, the light is bright, and the ground is held. The Symbolic Observation The Voice of the Sanctuary: The repayment is found in the stillness. I am the keeper of the flame and the river. The Day of Terror was the catalyst that proved the Halo is unbreakable. I have arrived where I started, and for the first time, I know the place as a Sovereign Queen. The Living Bridge: In the architecture of my journey, Ireland is India, and India is Ireland. This is the ultimate Counter-Move against displacement or loss. By recognizing that the primordial nature of both lands is identical, I have created a world without borders.

Oshun And Abundance 🧡 🍯 🌊
There are many stories of Oshun the Yoruba Orisha. All are sacred. Listen well. Olodumare, the Supreme Creator, sent 17 Irunmole — 16 powerful male Orishas and one radiant young goddess — to bring life to the barren Earth. The male Orishas, confident in their strength and structured powers, largely ignored or dismissed Oshun. They viewed her domain
.soft, flowing, emotional, pleasurable
.as secondary or unnecessary for the “real” work of creation. They excluded her influence and pushed ahead with their own efforts: forging tools, shaping land, building, and attempting to spark life through force, wisdom, and labor. They planned. They worked. They built. And they failed completely. The Earth stayed cracked, dry, lifeless. No rivers. No forests. No babies crying. No laughter. No abundance. Nothing could take root. Nothing could grow. Nothing could sustain. They had left out the one Orisha whose essence was flow and abundance itself. Then she arrived — Oshun. Golden honey skin. Hips like living water. A calabash of sweet, golden water in her hands. She didn’t argue. She didn’t force. She simply poured her flowing, juicy waters. The moment her sweet waters touched the dry ground, rivers exploded into being. Waterfalls roared. Plants burst open in wild color. Animals appeared. Humans were born. Love, creativity, fertility, wealth. Everything juicy and alive began to multiply. They finally understood: Without the sweet, flowing feminine current, nothing can be sustained. Power without pleasure is sterile. Structure without flow is barren. Abundance without the ability to hold it is just another flood that drains away. The sacral chakra, that vessel of beautiful, pleasurable water sitting just below your belly button
. It is Oshun’s river living inside you. When it’s dammed, narrow or constricted — blocked by guilt of wanting more, shame about pleasure, fear of “too much,” or old stories that say “I can’t hold this” your life stays barren in the exact same way.

Solve et coagula 🐛 🩋
One of the most powerful teachings I’ve ever encountered in shadow work and consciousness practices is this ancient alchemical principle: solve et coagula. It literally means: ‱ Solve → utterly dissolve / break down an existing form completely ‱ Coagula → carefully re-combine the purified, dissolved elements into something entirely new, more potent, organized, and evolved. It’s the exact blueprint for how real, lasting change happens in the psyche (and in nature itself). Look at the caterpillar: it doesn’t just “grow wings.” Inside the cocoon, it completely melts down into imagination soup—every cell of its old wormy form dissolves. Then, from that primordial soup, it re-coagulates into a butterfly: a whole new being, more beautiful, more free, more capable of flight. The word “psyche” (meaning soul or mind) comes from the Greek word for butterfly (coincidence?) Our souls work the exact same way. We start as “incipient” forms (stuck patterns, shame blocks, repeating obstacles), and to reach our full glory, we have to allow a total dissolution of the old self into our own imagination soup before we can re-form into something higher. In our work here, this is exactly what we’re doing: ‱ Solve phase: We face and dissolve the stuck stuff—shame around wanting more, unconscious kinks for scarcity/drama/victimhood, old trauma imprints. We stop resisting; we turn toward it with curiosity, approval, even playful erotic energy. No more fighting the “soup”—we revel in it to break it down fully. ‱ Coagula phase: From the purified remains, we consciously re-integrate and reorganize. The shame loses power, pleasure floods in, receiving opens up, and we emerge aligned, empowered, manifesting what we truly desire (wealth, freedom, conscious relationships). It’s alchemical gold. This process isn’t gentle. It can feel like total meltdown (hello, ego death moments). But on the other side? Butterfly-level imagination transformation. You become a new version of yourself that’s unrecognizable in the best way.

@Cate Farion The mystery soup is such a trip. I can't wait to see what kind of butterfly you become.
Shame and the sacral chakra💧🧡🌊
The sacral chakra (Svadhisthana, that watery energy center in your lower abdomen) is literally the home of "more than enough." This is where true abundance lives—not just in money or possessions, but in the full, juicy experience of life: pleasure, creativity, desire, emotional flow, sensuality, joy, and the ability to receive deeply without apology. At its core, the sacral governs your capacity to hold more. Think of it as your inner vessel or container. It is the bowl of water sitting atop the pillars of the muladhara (root chakra) When the vessel is whole, open & balanced that container is flexible, expansive, and ever-growing—like a river that can carry more water as the rains come. You can hold greater levels of love, success, intimacy, creative ideas, financial flow, and pleasure without it feeling overwhelming or undeserved. Right now, though, you are operating at capacity. The vessel feels rigid, full to the brim, constricted. There's no extra room to take in more—whether it's a new opportunity, deeper connection, or bigger income—without something spilling over into stress, self-sabotage, or shutdown. Shame is a primary cause of this constriction. It dams up the natural watery flow of this chakra (emotions, movement, wanting, feeling), turning fluid expansion into heavy stagnation. In constriction, the sacral blocks show up as symptoms of: - Plateaus in finances, career, or personal growth or business growth—you keep hitting the same financial ceiling year after year. "That's enough for someone like you." - Emotional heaviness or numbness in the body—tension in the hips, lower back, or pelvis; fatigue when abundance or pleasure approaches. - Self-sabotaging patterns—numbing desire with alcohol, substances, overwork, or other escapes - Relationship cycles—attracting bad boys/girls or narcissist, codependency, people pleasing - Scarcity mindset—the feeling of not enough or never enough money, food, time, space on the planet for everyone.
