Here's a simple cooling breath practice you can return to whenever you notice excess heat building—whether that's in your body, your emotions, or your mind. In Ayurveda, summer naturally increases Pitta dosha, which can leave us feeling more irritable, inflamed, impatient, or restless. There is something beautiful happening in this space even if you cannot see it yet. Not because we have the perfect routines. Not because anyone has all the answers. Here is the results from our seasonal Kitchen Sadhana session
The taste and texture was very refreshing. It felt light and lovely with these savoury sweet flavours of carrot and sesame and our coconut chutney. Very glad how this gut boosting dish came out. Don’t forget to share yours (I know Starre your away on a long trip). Video replay is in the portal 🌹
