What’s Something You Started…

Then Accidentally Made Too Complicated? 😅 Be honest. What began as:“I’ll just quickly do this…” …turned into: - 14 tabs - research mode - redesigning everything - watching tutorials - rebuilding from scratch - questioning your entire direction 👀 I think we’ve all done this at least once.

My first membership community was so complicated that it only ever had less than 10 members. When I went to start my Skool community I ended up with a 19 page plan and ditched it to do it more on the fly which worked out in the end because now i have 62 members and a very active community.
