Process, Policy and Culture
Implementing CRM is a process, making it mandatory for the teams to use it is Policies and Teams using the CRM by teams automatically is culture of the organisation. Design Process in the organisation, make Policy to implement that processes by the team. If the process is used automatically by the teams then it is culture. It will take time for the organisation to start using CRM religiously, there should be policy and there should be checks and supervision whether the processes designed are used properly or not. Over the period of time it becomes culture of the organisation where the teams use the processes as default. - Culture emerges organically, while policy is designed and implemented. - Culture influences indirectly, while policy influences directly. - Culture changes slowly, while policy changes more readily. @Kanaksinh Jadeja What you mean by email automation, what is that exact challenge you want to address through automation, ex : you want to send a email when a new lead is created, you want to send followup email etc.. if you define your problem it will be easy to give solution
Email Lead Integration
We've noticed an influx of leads coming to my email ID in standerd format, and we aim to integrate them seamlessly into our lead module. Additionally, we'd like to implement an auto-distribution system to assign these leads to selected users.

@Sachin Patel you can use Pabbly to connect your email. I am giving a simple solution which is practical, there may be other ways and easy ways also. You can collect leads from emails using email parser feature in Pabbly and collect that data to google sheets, from google sheets you can easily bring them to Sangam CRM using import feature or again using pabbly.
Topic wise Videos
Videos are available in classroom covering most of the topics , most of the videos are zoom recordings with discussions with participants. It will be convenient if there are topic wise videos, just a seperate video explaining each module, features and how to configure it. Sometimes we go back to videos multiple times. It will be easy and convenient for users, we can refer to exact video for clarification.

I saw new Sangam CRM website, i am using Sangam CRM since last 2 months, i am sorry i never visited website, today i saw it for the first time and it is good and informative. only one suggesstion Customer stories Tab is not opening.
