Religion Vs Spirituality
What’s the difference between the two and do you believe both ideas can overlap? I believe they’re both different but both can overlap. I believe religion gives more structured base understanding of how life should be lived according to “society” while spirituality is more of the inner workings of the person and their soul.

I think religion and spirituality are different but definitely can overlap. For me, religion is more about the traditions, rituals, and teachings passed down — like in Hinduism, where we have so many ways to connect with God through pujas, mantras, and stories from the Gita or the Ramayana. It gives structure and helps me understand how to live a good and disciplined life. But spirituality feels more personal. It’s about how I connect with my soul and God from within — through things like meditation, self-awareness, and understanding karma. It’s less about rules and more about inner peace and growth. So yeah, I’d say both are connected. Religion shows the path, and spirituality is how deeply you walk it....
