Counter rotation
Do I understand correctly that the opposite leg always is supposed to make a counter rotation when rotating the body? So if there is movement rotation to the left the right leg must rotate to the right and vice versa?

When practicing Taji, Taiji Qigong, we always use two forces, so yes counter rotation is always there, just be aware to charge it gradually, it means when ypu start rotating to one side in upper body, counter rotation sarts in the lower body and gradually they increase. Keep in mind the effortlestness 🙏🏽
