🚨 NEW MINI COURSE: The Rockefeller Playbook
What do families like the Rockefeller family and even companies like Disney have used for decades to build and protect wealth? Insurance. Before you scroll… This is NOT your typical insurance presentation. I created this mini course to make these concepts incredibly simple using real-world analogies so anyone can understand them. Not a boring lecture. The goal is to educate you on why wealthy families and businesses have used these strategies for generations. Inside the mini course, we cover: 💰 Term Insurance vs. Whole Life vs. IUL (one of the hottest topics in 2026) 🏦 Infinite Banking — how some people become their own bank 🏠 Policy loans that can be used for: • Real estate investing • Business growth • Opportunities and emergencies 📈 Tax-deferred growth 💸 Tax-free income strategies 🛡️ Tax-free death benefits for your family 📊 Guaranteed growth components (depending on policy design) 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family protection and legacy planning 🔒 Why many wealthy families use insurance as a stable asset class Most people think insurance is just for when you die. The wealthy often use it very differently. This mini course is designed to help you understand WHY. Just simple analogies and easy-to-understand examples. Comment "WEALTH" below and I'll send you the free mini course.
🚨 NEW MINI COURSE: The Rockefeller Playbook
@Gene Nash Hi how are you doing @Gene Nash i hope you are also enjoying this community so much as i. what made you comment wealth? and are you already involved in any online business or reselling, or are you just starting to explore different ways to earn online?
@Kelly Thomas Hello Kelly, have you been in this community for a long time? I'd love to know a bit more about you. What inspired you to start looking into different ways of building wealth?

Through my private lending platform, investors can secure loans between $50k and $5M for projects across the United States, encompassing fix and flip/rehab, buy & hold, and multi-family investments, characterized by minimal credit restrictions, customized loan durations, and efficient closing timelines send a direct message.
@Veronica Aguilar That's awesome! Out of curiosity, how long have you been in this community? Have you already been approved for any loans in the past, whether for a fix-and-flip or another type of project? And have you gotten a response from Walter yet regarding the gap lending opportunity?
Building a small brand
Hi everybody! I hope everyone is doing great this Father’s Day weekend. I’m taking a big leap here. I need a personal loan myself. Are you available to help me?
@Constanza CourtThank you for sharing your story. It sounds like you've turned a challenging situation into an opportunity to build something of your own, which is inspiring. I'm curious, besides the real estate wholesaling business you mentioned, is that the main business you're looking to get started with currently, or are you exploring other business opportunities as well? Also, what are you hoping to achieve through your business over the next year? More importantly, how do you envision your business helping or creating value for other people? I'd love to learn more about your vision and what success looks like for you.
@Constanza Court That’s a really inspiring goal. I have a lot of respect for people who want to use their success to make a positive impact in their communities. Helping domestic violence survivors and people transitioning out of homelessness secure stable housing is such a meaningful cause, especially with how expensive living costs have become. Having a purpose bigger than yourself can be a powerful motivator when building a business. Out of curiosity, besides your current work, are you running any side hustle or online business at the moment? Have you ever tried anything like e-commerce, affiliate marketing, digital products, or another online income stream? I'd love to learn more about your experience and goals.
Personal loan
Hey everyone, I have someone that asked me about getting a $7,000 loan. Does the person have to be a business owner to get a loan?
@Keisha Webber That actually sounds like a really strong direction. A bakery + food truck combo is a powerful mix, especially if your desserts are already made from scratch. Out of curiosity, what’s been the biggest challenge holding you back from getting the funding so far, is it credit score, paperwork, or access to the right lenders? And for the food truck idea, have you already thought about the first location or type of customers you’d want to serve first when you launch? Also, what would “success” look like for you in the first 3–6 months once you get started?
@Keisha Webber Actually, I really do understand what you’re going through. I’ve had my own struggles too, and I know how heavy things can feel sometimes. Beyond the work I do, I’ve built a side income that now brings me around $30K–$40K a month, but it didn’t start that way, it came from a place of needing something better for myself. I’ve been able to help others along the way, and seeing them start to earn consistently has meant so much to me. At the same time, I’m still dealing with my own personal challenges and trauma, so I’m not coming from a place of perfection, I’m just someone trying to move forward, just like you. This has helped me cover my bills and create a life I honestly never imagined for myself, and I’ve only been doing it for about six months. That’s why I genuinely don’t want to see you take on more stress, like a loan, when there could be another way. If you’re open to it, I’d really love to guide you through what I’ve learned. I’m not just offering advice, I’m speaking to you as another human being who truly cares.
