One of My Favorite Healthy Snacks! 🍿
Sometimes the simplest things are the most satisfying….like a pot of homemade stovetop popcorn made with love. 😍 All you need is: 🥥 Organic coconut oil (Costco for the win!) 🌽 Quality popcorn kernels (I love these Black Jewell kernels! I ordered on Amazon!) 🧂 A dash of herbed sea salt Pop it on the stove, let the aroma fill your kitchen, and enjoy a light, nourishing snack that feels warm, grounding, and delicious. Popcorn is actually a great option when you make it yourself. What’s one of your favorite healthy snacks when you want something tasty but still mindful?

Yummmm! My favorite so far is Yakhi’s green juice but honestly ALL the combos I’ve tried- I enjoy! Thanks to chatGPT and mostly the members for posting their recipes and feedback- so helpful!

Quick Energy Reset
Happy Thursday ya'll!!! Take a deep breath with me in through the nose, out through the mouth. Let it go. You don’t have to have it all together today. You just have to be present. Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is pause, soften your shoulders, and remind yourself: “I am safe. I am supported. I am exactly where I need to be.” Today’s invitation: Drink an extra glass of water. Step outside for 3 mindful breaths. Speak one loving word to yourself. I forgot how good to just take a minute from it all and step outside. The sun is bright shining and reminds me of who God is and His promises. Intentionally deep breathing and releasing it all feels like a step in the right direction. He loves me, He created me and He is always here- through it all. I am strong, I am beautiful, I’m resilient and I am loved.

Healthy Snicker Bars 🍫🍫🍫
Happy Monday ya'll!!! I tried my hand at making a healthier dessert option and these snicker bars were a success. Here's the recipe in case you would like to try them out. I will share the instructions in the comments. INGREDIENTS: Nougat Layer: - 1 ¼ cup blanched almond flour - 2 tablespoons maple syrup - 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract - 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt Vegan Caramel: - ¼ cup all-natural creamy peanut butter - 3 tablespoons maple syrup Peanuts: - ⅓ cup roasted & salted peanut halves Chocolate Coating: - ¼ cup cacao powder - ¼ cup melted coconut oil - ¼ cup maple syrup, at room temperature
