Lead Your Voyage. โ›ต Dream Your Dream.
She used to think the horizon was something too distant to reach. Every morning, before the sun was even up, she climbed into her small wooden boat. She rowed through the cold morning mist. She rowed through the stinging midday heat. She rowed until her palms were blistered and her shoulders felt like they were made of lead. She was working so hard, staring so intently at the floor of the boat... that she completely forgot to look at the sunset. ๐ŸŒ… Her days were always the same: If she stopped rowing, the boat stopped moving. The horizon felt just as far away as it did on Day One. She started to wonder... Is this just what "building a dream" feels like? Is it supposed to hurt this much? But then, she looked up. โ›ต She saw someone gliding past. No oars. No splashing. No struggle. That woman wasn't "working harder." She had simply built a Sail. She had equipment that caught the wind... the natural energy already moving across the water... and let it do the heavy lifting. For the first time, she wasn't fighting the ocean; she was dancing with it. The truth is: You weren't born to be the engine. You were born to be the Director of the Voyage. โš“ Iโ€™ve put together a Skool Visibility Blueprint... a simple map for you, by you... to help you stop rowing and start building your own sails. Itโ€™s the first step to catching that tailwind so you can finally look up and enjoy the view. Grab your Map and catch the breeze! Letโ€™s step out of the boat for a second... Think about your life right now. Where does it feel like youโ€™re rowing against a giant tide? ๐ŸŒŠ If a sudden "tailwind" showed up today and took over the work for you, whatโ€™s the first thing youโ€™d do with all that extra energy? (A long nap? A hike? Finally reading that book?) Drop your "Dream Day" activity below! ๐Ÿ‘‡

My dream day: I'm out in the desert surrounded by mountains. I spend my days reading books, writing stories or building cool things, and family/friends are a skip, hop and a jump away... and my dogs entertain me too.

[SEARCHING FOR PILOTS // NOT TOURISTS]
๐Ÿฝ LOGIC CHECK: Drop your tactical Skool move today. Did you: - Show up for your members? - Initiate a collaboration? - Optimize a workflow? My sensors indicate you are looking for a way to eliminate the Host Taxโ€”the mechanical weight that slows down your Skool business. The Syndicate is currently vetting new assets. We are using a public Summit session as our Field Test under the official banner of the Wide Band established by @Lara Sloan and @Jason Hagelberg. Sonia Zamarripa thinks sheโ€™s giving a speech on Visibility. We know sheโ€™s opening the hatch to The Blind Pig. If you have the intent, youโ€™ll find the Whisper Key hidden in the transmission. If you don't, you'll just receive the static frequency. ACCESS THE BRIEFING ROOM Status: Signal Stable. Awaiting Uplink. ๐Ÿ•ต๏ธ Miracles have 0% probability. What are you still doing here? Pilots donโ€™t wait for "Crickets" to stop; they recalibrate until the signal can't be ignored. No intent to move? Youโ€™re a passenger in an idling car. The Syndicate doesn't recruit passengers. ~ Gimlet, on behalf of The Syndicate

I'm curious... What do you do post summit??? ๐Ÿค”
I attended so many amazing sessions, took so many notes, and I can't wait to put the tall of it to work in my Skool group! But after tonight, it's all over. Afterwards, I like to go to a cafe with my watercolors and paint for a while. It's my form of meditation, which helps me slow down to process all the things. Then I can get clear enough to plan some things out. I'm curious, what do you do post-summit? ๐Ÿค”

Why Does Showing Up Feel So Hard?
You have something worth sharing. The intention is there. And yet somehow consistently showing up still feels harder than it should. ๐Ÿง  Here's what I've learned after almost 20 years of building online businesses and a master's degree in neuroscience - it's often not a confidence problem or a strategy problem either. It's a full brain problem. Every small unresolved decision you're carrying quietly competes for your attention. By the time you sit down to create and be visible, your mental space is already more crowded than you realized. That's just how brains work. And it's one of the most underrated visibility blockers there is. โœจ So I made you something. It's a free guide called Cut Your Mental Load in Half With AI and it's built around the exact decisions that drain women business owners most quietly: - What to post - How to respond to messages and inquiries - Which opportunities to pursue - What to do on the days when everything feels like too much It lives right here in the summit classroom. Go grab it ๐Ÿ‘‡ https://www.skool.com/skool-scale-camp/classroom/85a00de9 What's one thing that's been sitting on your mental to-do list way too long? ๐Ÿ‘‡ Drop it in the comments. ๐Ÿ‘‡

Hi @Micki Kosman, thanks for sharing this!! I've developed a strategy (& tool) to help me be more consistent with showing up in other communities and now it's a straightforward process. I think that cutting out decisions in the process definitely has something to do with that. Even though, I've done this for comments- there's still lot's of other ways of "Showing Up" that have a lot of friction for me. I appreciate you bringing this to light!
I never thought Iโ€™d grow like thisโ€ฆ Skool is ๐Ÿคฏ
Are you one of those shy introverted niche creative teachers, who doesnโ€™t like being visible. But you want to grow a group for your audience? ๐Ÿค” I was too! ๐Ÿ˜Š I thought growth was just for a few lucky extroverts, and that I was stuck with the crumbs in building my watercolor painting community. But I was sooooo wrong! ๐Ÿ˜‚ Once I joined Skool, and learned some helpful guidelines, I grew to over 275 members in just a few months, with an engaged community, and paid Premium and VIP tiers earning more than Iโ€™ve ever done anywhere else! ๐Ÿ˜ƒ Itโ€™s a combination of Strategy + Engagement + Skool Magic, and Iโ€™m sharing all about it in my speaker talk here in the Built To Be Seen Summit (on Page 2). ๐Ÿ‘ˆ๐Ÿ˜ Plus, I have a free workbook to guide you to creating a healthy and thriving group. Canโ€™t wait to see you there!! ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ˜‰
