Down after Las Vegas!
I’m on day 22 and was really controlled on the eating but around day 17 I stalled and even started gaining half a pound each day for a couple of days. Then I had to go to Las Vegas for a conference. I did the best I could with Las Vegas hotel food. And I didn’t have a scale. I was still doing my daily coaching with Dr. Cody but by the last day I had let go a little bit and had some bread Diet Coke fries. But I was also really focused on water and trying to order things with as little oil as possible. Amazingly - I came back and weighed myself after three days and was down 1.9 pounds from the last time I weighed. I’m not sure what it was exactly that broke me through where I was stalling, but I do know it was really helpful to get the coaching tips from Dr. Cody while I was in Las Vegas. Especially with at this moment in the program – halfway through – I did want not to erase the hormone reset progress I had made.

Congratulations – that’s so impressive!
Day 15 Wins
Day 15, I'm down another 1.1lbs today! But more significantly, this is what I'm learning and prioritizing: 1) Sleep - so much sleep. If I am woken up in the night by kids I still try my best to get 8-9 hours. I intentionally go to bed on time to make sure I get what I need. 2) Weighing myself daily - gives me information that is helpful about how different things impact me. I also have learned that after a day of loss like today, it is normal the next day to stabilize and gain or lose on either end of 0. 3) Food - I noticed a couple meals, I was hungry, so upped my amounts, but then would go back to baseline - Dr. Cody encouraged me to stay at the increased about, but I was nervous. Now I have stayed there. Nourishing my body and giving what it needs for the win! I lost 1.1lbs making sure I ate enough food. 4) Now, in the morning, I look at my day and if it will be active or strenuous spiritually, mentally, emotionally or physically, and I add an ounce each of protein, veg and fruit to the meals to make sure I account for the expenditure. Also, it takes a while to eat ... not my typical mom-on-the-run routine. I will prioritize taking the time it takes me to eat all my food. I have realized that before I for sure was not getting what I needed. 5) I keep at least 3-4 containers of protein and veg that's ready to grab and go and add a fruit of choice. No last minute panic cooking. Life is much more relaxed with bulk cooking ahead of time. 6) I drink ½ my body weight in ounces daily and try to get in 60% before noon. I love adding LMNT electolytes to a huge water bottle to help with this (sweetened with stevia leaf). I have two water bottles pre-filled for the amount I must drink before noon and this keeps me on track. Thank you so much Dr. Cody! These are changes that are so good! I have lots of energy and feel great!

Congratulations on both the scale and the non-scale victories!
Fast40 Benefits
I wanted to share for those going through the program… My journey… 2 years ago I completed the program, lost 19 inches and 3 sizes. Due to a very old injury I had two major surgeries within 3 months. First a right hip replacement and then a complete leg correction with a knee replacement. This journey started in April. Needless to say, my lifestyle over the past 5 months has been very sedentary, painful and a journey back to standing, and walking. I am still recovering and require another procedure. Does the program work….this is me today, through all the struggles, surgeries and rehab, I haven’t gained any weight. When you learn what your body needs to function, repair and heal nutritionally, you gain control and are no longer the effect. Loving yourself and providing your body with the knowledge you have learned from the program provides long lasting changes. To Dr Cody, my appreciation and love! Your purpose, and passion changes lives. Thank you!

Christina – I’m sorry you’re going through all of this, but I’m really glad that you posted. It’s really inspirational to hear from someone a couple of years down the road and seeing the lasting benefits of the program. I hope you continue to recover well and quickly.
Day 7 down 5.2lbs
It's the first time in a very long time I've seen the scale going down everyday. It's still a struggle to drink half my weight in water but I have timers set to remind me where I should be by mid day. The air fryer is definitely my best friend and makes sticking to the right foods easy.

Wow! Congratulations Julie! I know exactly what you mean about seeing the scale go down and what a boost that can give you. On top of all the health benefits, of course😊. Great job!
