Blood Pressure Check In
Are you where you want to be, or do you need to move the needle? It took me time to be consistently happy with my blood pressure reading. You have to check regularly to know what you need to improve. Post a picture of your blood pressure. No matter how low or high. Letโs encourage one another!

My blood pressure is usually 119/78, but that is with meds. I want off the meds. I can do this!!
