Just back from Maui Mana on the red eye. I held space as Uncle for the men, women and children. But most importantly I showed up as a father to my son. My daughter’s birthday celebration begins Wednesday. Next week call will be on our regular schedule. Thank you Ancestors and thank you spirit.😃🤙🏽🕷️🕸️

Dealing with some intense vibes in the home these last couple days. Worked alot last 4days. I been thinking about what I expressed about my providing for the fam. My wife has had very high emotions last 4days ish Dammm so similar to brother Benny too. I show up for her so gentle Sooooo... gentle. And just the whole day contemplating how I was able to not attach to her stressful experience. It was a really grounded day for me brothers. Checking in feeling quite relaxed at 10.55pm. Chilling quietly out the back under the paddio enjoying a sesh🔥🤙🏽 Big love brothers❤️‍🔥

Big shift this week in the Yucatan. New location, job and energy. We are up at 5am before the sun gets too strong. Then have the whole day to chill in a private studio apartment with full kitchen and Air conditioning. It’s quiet. You can hear symphonies of birds. We both started a morning and evening meditation together. Feeling a night and day difference in myself and with each other. I had a dream the other night about my brother and sister. They were playing in a baseball game with farm animals, and my little bro was like four years old trying to play pitcher and catcher at the same time, just laughing at every turn and having the time of his life. My heart really savored seeing him like that, since in reality I was an angry angsty teenager who did not love or appreciate him or his joy at the time. I am awaking to more of these feelings from my past in the dreamscape. We finished the audiobook “Matrimony” by Stephen Jenkinson of the Orphan Wisdom School and started his other book called “Die Wise”. Both are absolute gifts and inspiring some ritual we will craft in the upcoming years. 10/10 recommend. Love y’all, thanks for your check-ins this week

Hello Family, I hope you’re all well. I have been moving through a lot of personal reflection and in this my niece who is a year older than me because of the age of my older sister when she had her. Reached out to me randomly to say hello. It’s been over a year since we last spoke, in this conversation I spoke about where I am and my father got brought up. I know this is her grandfather, but in this moment she brought a new lens to me. She talked about him with so much love, and admiration and even spoke about how he pulled her out of an abusive trauma filled home she was living in under her grandparents on her father’s side. To provide more clear guidance, my older sister (who told me things about my father’s past) was a victim of rape as a teenager and gave birth to my niece as a result. Because of this my niece was in the foster care system because my sister was not mentally stable enough to support her daughter at that time. So eventually my niece ended up with her father’s family. But her grandmother was not very kind to her, so after years apparently of this my niece prayed to have someone help her and one dad my dad was walking down Nostrand ave in brooklyn and she saw him and he saw her. He ran up to her and she begged for him to help her and he did. She told me he never harmed her; or touched her ever. She knows he is very intense and strict but she loves him so much and she always will. This is important to me because as you all saw in my father story, I was painting a picture of a “monster” but then out of the blue the universe/ancestors sent a new voice and perspective into my awareness for my father. That being said I plan to have a conversation with him and really feel out where I am with him, I love you all.
